Okay.... well close!
My file has been sent to the closing department and loan documents should generate in a few hours!!! Contractor was validated just fine and loan docs will be sent to escrow who will get title and all that good stuff ready to sign! I cannot believe this is actually happening. I am 24 years old and seriously have always dreamed of this moment my entire life. You know when something is too good, you can't believe it... well this is one of those moments.
God is so good and I am humbled by His grace.
